Disaster Phone Tree

In the event that emergency conditions (fire, flood, etc.) threaten or cause damage to library materials or collections, notify the following people immediately:

Emergency Coordinator

On assessing the extent of the problem, the Emergency Coordinator will contact other members of the Disaster Action Team as needed. The team consists of staff that has indicated a willingness to assist in recovery activities. At least one team member should be trained in handling and air-drying wet library materials (indicate those who have been trained with an asterisk).
